To Raintree

Mount Charleston, Nevada

January 22, 2006

Raintree is the 3,000-year-old bristlecone pine, which stands at the intersection of the North Loop and Mummy Spring trails. The bristlecone pines can reach an age far greater than any other living trees. They grow very slowly at and just below the treeline.
